4. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has received final acceptance or has entered the shipping process.

13. Product Use & Care

ORAVITR® products should only be used for their intended facial skincare purpose and according to applicable product specifications, ingredient guidelines, storage instructions, and warnings.

Skincare Serums & Glass Bottles

• Handle glass bottles and droppers carefully to prevent accidental drops, cracks, or breakage

• Avoid direct touch between the dropper tip and your skin or fingers to maintain product hygiene

• Keep water out of oil-based or water-free formulations

• Tighten dropper caps and pumps securely after each use

• Store products upright in a stable location

Droppers, Pumps & Dispensers

• Handle dispensing components with care

• Check that droppers and pump mechanisms are correctly threaded and secured before use

• Do not force, bend, or dismantle dispenser pumps

• Keep detachable components appropriately clean and dry

Botanical Formulas & Storage

Net volumes and capacities displayed on oravitr.com (e.g., 30ml / 1.0 fl. oz.) represent standard fill volumes.

Small variations in outer glass bottle thickness or botanical color/scent notes may occur across different production batches. These natural characteristics do not affect product efficacy or safety and do not indicate a defect.

16. Product Warranty

Certain ORAVITR® products include a 90-day limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing, packaging, or functional dispenser defects under normal and intended skincare use.

Where applicable, the warranty period, coverage, exclusions, and claim process are described on the relevant product page, accompanying documentation, or our Product Support & Warranty information.

Any voluntary warranty is separate from statutory consumer rights. Nothing in our warranty provisions is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
